EXHIBITION IN PARIS CANCELLED !!!

Exhibition in Paris cancelled!

"On Friday (!) afternoon we got notice from the sponsor of my first ever exhibition in Paris, France, that all is cancelled!

All my art work from the last 5 years was already in a truck and on its way to set up the gallery for Monday morning... all my own travel arrangements have been made... when this message from Mr. Takafuji, saying that JSB Japan has cancelled the exhibition at their gallery, hit me!

You can imagine how hurt and embarrassed I feel having to tell everybody now that there wont be an exhibition in Paris!!!

Please, accept my apologies for any inconveniences this may cause to You!!! I will try to organize another exhibition as soon as possible and somewhere else.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS !

PHIL and Eva are on holiday in Italy at the moment and just want to say: "Happy holidays everybody!"

June 18. 2007:
O YEAH! WALK THIS WAY! PHIL MET STEVEN TAYLOR !

PHIL is now more than two weeks ago on A Bigger Bang Europe Tour with The Rolling Stones. On the vacation at Frankfurt he met Steven. Steven invited PHIL to come to his Show in Munich and to stay with him live on stage.

"It was great and Steven is a real magnanimous man with a good soul. There are not many people like him in this game that's for sure." PHIL said.

This is the band's first touring venture outside North America and Japan in eight years. The band will also play a few select dates in California and Canada in late July. In addition, as part of their world tour, the band performed in the United Arab Emirates and India for the first time ever. In addition to touring, the band is currently working on new material for their next album, their 15th studio album, which is slated to be released in Spring 2008 (According to an interview with MTV Argentina).

Barney Murphy from Germany's most famous Rock 'n Roll Band "The Spider Murphy Gang" is supporting www.PHIL.PH.
Barney and PHIL know each other since PHIL was a baby. So there exists a lifetime friendship between this two giants for almost 30 Years now!
For Barney Murphy who is a great fan of PHILs Art too decided immediately to support PHIL and his Art. PHIL appreciate that and was saying: "This is a real Rock 'n Roll lifestyle Barney is living more than 30 years now. Since I was a baby boy I'm listening to his guitar sound. And what more could I say? I wouldn't be here today if the old school didn't pave the way!"
The two giants are planning some real cool projects for the future at the moment. So everybody should get ready now, to get Rocked 'n Rolled!

PHIL met Snoop Dogg last Sunday in Munich/Germany to present him his newest artwork that is also dedicated to Snoop. The artwork is called "Rolling 20'" and is an individual item ! Price only on request. The higest bidder will get it because we have many inquiries on it.

Snoop was very happy to be now in PHIL's Hall of Fame too. PHIL about Snoop and the new artwork: "It has been a privilege to work out a artwork for my homie Snoop. The new artwork is totally Snoop, totally Hip-Hop, totally Crip!"

PHIL MET STING - THE DREAM OF THE BLUE TURTLE IS ALREADY RELEASED !

PHIL met Sting after his Concert last Sunday in Munich/Germany. For Sting it was a pleasure to met PHIL who is also a good friend of Branford Marsalis. Sting was very impressed by PHIL's extraordinarily beautiful Pop Art and his talents. PHIL already released his newest artwork, "The Dream of the Blue Turtle", that is dedicated to Sting and his first solo album "The Dream of the Blue Turtles".

The painting is a rare limited edition and each is with an original autograph from Sting himself. One exemplar is in fact in the personal collection of Sting.

James Brown who was also a big fan of PHIL's Pop Art died today in Atlanta, Georgia around 1:45 a.m. of heart failure. Rest in Peace Brother you'll allways live on in your songs!

October 28. 2006:
PHIL SET UP HIS OWN RECORD LABEL !

Mi Vida Loca RECORDS is still set up. In 2004 PHIL already decided to found his own record label. Now PHIL's first single "Veritas" according to the alias The Wheelchair Warrior will be released in Winter 2006.

Phil about his new label and "Veritas" the first single of The Wheelchair Warrior:
"I think now is the best time to set up Mi Vida Loca RECORDS. The world is turning colder and colder. It seems like we are going in the second round of the Vietnam War. So Mi Vida Loca RECORDS will provide a basis for "Rebel" bands to give them a perspective. We want to affect the world. And there is no doubt we will!
Listen to The Wheelchair Warrior: He only is saying the truth. Some of the best producers in the Hip-Hop and Punk business started to cry after they read his lyrics. The Wheelchair Warrior writes pain you know. He is saying things people don't wanna hear. But Mi Vida Loca RECORDS with all the connections to rebels like Snoop Dogg, Public Enemy, MIA or The Rolling Stones could and will make people listen to Artist like The Wheelchair Warrior.
Now it's on. This is the point of no return for this phony society. We made it out the flames and we search for fame to keep the Dream alive!"

A REAL GIGANT !

"STEEL" a Tribute to Jeff "Tain" Watts is still released.
On last sunday Jeff "Tain" Watts came into PHIL's studio apartment The Powerplanet for a special picture presentation. After the presentation a big party was going on. The Scaredycats did a concert and Jeff "Tain" Watts decided to do a spontaneous freestyle drum session. He became support by the famous bavarian blues musician "Willy Michl" and "MC Tiro" from Soho N.Y..

Jeff "Tain" Watts about PHIL and The Powerplanet Party: "It is a great honour for me to be now in the “Hall of Fame” of Phil, the hottest Pop Artist on Planet Earth! Yeah, it’s a Pop Art Revolution. Even in New York, Los Angeles or London the people I meet are talking about him like they talk about Paris Hilton or Robbie Williams. For me it’s unbelievable what a man like Phil, in face of his physical disability, is able to do with his life. I think he is a real Giant in this world and on the best way to become the new Andy Warhol. You know I have seen and met so many people in my life but he is a very special person, he has his own unique charisma and he is for real. He lives his life to the fullest. The 5 Times Grammy Award Winner Jeff "Tain" Watts is still touring with Branford Marsalis. Jeff "Tain" Watts is known as the best drummer of the now!

LADIES LOVE COOL JAMES and LL COOL J LOVES THE PHILIFANT !

PHIL met LL Cool J at Munich/GERMANY for a private artshow. Todd Smith aka. LL Cool J was very impressed from PHIL's art and his strong will to make something out of nothing. LL said: "Phil 'n me we both coming from the streets. Phil 'n I doin' diffrent things. But we do it with a strictness like no other does. And that's why we be successful in everything we are doin'. And that's why we can make something out of nothing, always. That's were Phil's art and the Real Rap Game join together!"
LL Cool J who is well known as an actor (Any Given Sunday, Deep Blue Sea...) started his Rap career in 1984. Now he's considered to be one of the ten best MC's ever worldwide. Word 'em up!

July 17. 2006:
THE PHILIFANT GOES A BIGGER BANG !

The SuperPHIL met "THE ROLLING STONES" yesterday at Munich/GERMANY. Keith Richards, Ron Wood and Bobby Keys came to PHIL's exhibition at the PHILHARMONIE. All of them were very taken with PHIL's art. After the "Show" at the Olypic stadion, PHIL was a guest of The Stones especially from Mr. Keys, there was a private party for all the band members. PHIL was invited from Keith to be a part of this event.
"Yeah, it was kool, very relaxed, to kickin' it with them guys. Because I'm the Keeper of the Holy Rock 'n Roll Grail you know. And now I have to keep the mystery of the famoust Rock 'n Roll Bands ever. I'm also very happy 'bout that The Philifant is now on the Bigger Bang tour !" PHIL said in an Interview last night.

"It is with great sadness that I must report the passing of Roger "Syd" Barrett, founder of Pink Floyd.
He passed on Friday July 7th! In 2003 I already did the Artwork "Toast It!" that is dedicated to "Roger Syd Barrett". So, I decided to dedicate the four upcoming artshows in Munich/GERMANY to Syd one of the Best Rock Musician and Songwriter ever! Now you can Shine on Roger... Shine on..."

May 28. 2006:
PHIL did a special artwork for the Electropunk Band MIA.. PHIL about MIA.: "Believe it or not… That is the sound of an invasion. Yes that is the sound created by the musical invasion of Germany by the world’s hottest recording group. They are not conform as to such a great agree that no true members ever dressed a life and many educators consider there popularity resulted from their becoming symbols of teenage rebellion. They certainly are breaking in a lot of good dream German money and gathering hundreds of thousands of teenage man in the projects."

May 20. 2006:
PHIL's newest creation is called "Moonflower" and is dedicated to Carlos Santana and his album Moonflower from 1977 ! It's a limited editon of 5 pieces. One of them is already in the personal property of Carlos. It will be exhibited the first time on Juli 15. 2006 at the PHILHARMONIE, Munich/GERMANY !
